Membership Information

Membership to the Arizona Ambulance Association runs annually from January 1st – December 31st. Full Membership in the Arizona Ambulance Association is open to all certificated ground and licensed air ambulance providers (or agencies who are exempt from certification or licensure requirements) in the state of Arizona who apply for membership and are current in their dues. Affiliate membership is available to agencies who do not meet the criteria above but still wish to join the association.

Dues

Dues are determined based on the number of transports your organization reported in its most recent ARCR's multiplied by 0.37. However, there’s a floor and ceiling to this calculation:

  • Minimum Dues: $500, even if the calculated amount is lower.
  • Maximum Dues: $12,000, even if the calculated amount exceeds this.

For example:

  • If your last ARCR showed 1,000 transports, the dues would be: $370 but since this is less than $500, you’d pay $500.
  • If you reported 40,000 transports, the dues would be: $14,800 but since the cap is $12,000, you’d pay $12,000.
